Do you have a sidewalk or a driveway that is uneven… the concrete has sunk creating a tripping hazard? BCR has the experience and knowledge to even repair  patterned and colored concrete driveways and pool decks that have sunk over time. BCR has the newest equipment available to make your uneven driveway, patio or sidewalk look almost new again without removing and replacing it. This process only takes a couple of hours (in most cases) with very little mess and you can use the repaired concrete shortly thereafter.

Concrete Raising or leveling  is the process of pumping a slurry mixture  under a concrete slab in order to lift it.  Concrete raising can be the solution to many homeowners’ concrete problems, uneven driveways, curb and gutters and repairing falling sidewalks or patios.

The entire process is fairly simple. First, small holes are drilled into the concrete slab to be lifted. Slurry is then pumped into these holes, filling any voids under the slab. When the voids are filled, the slurry becomes pressurized, and raises the slab hydraulically to the necessary height. In the final step, the holes that were originally drilled are then filled with a specialized concrete mixture.

Once the raising is complete, both the concrete slab, and the soil beneath it, will be much more structurally sound. The fact that concrete raising is using the same concrete slab is another benefit.  As long as sinking is the only issue, repairing the old slab is better than making a new one.
